摘要: The enhancement of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) assisted with microwave radiation is demonstrated for an aqueous solution indium using the 451.13 nm emission line. Microwave power was delivered via a near-field applicator to LIBS measurement volume where presented as liquid jet. effect observed decrease increasing laser pulse fluence at 532 resulting in maximum intensity occurring 85.2 J∙cm(-2), independent used. detection limits were determined be 10.8 ± 0.7 and 124 5 ppm cases enhanced standard LIBS, respectively. 11.5-fold limit obtained phase same order magnitude that reported other elements solid samples, but lower than utilizing similar experimental setup. This establishes effective technique metals solutions. In addition, temporal evolution plasma investigated found qualitatively produced from which reveals coupling mechanism between generated radiation.
