摘要: Regulation of rice seed germination has been shown to mainly occur at post-transcriptional levels, which the changes on proteome status is a major one. Lysine acetylation and succinylation are two prevalent protein post-translational modifications (PTMs) involved in multiple biological processes, especially for metabolism regulation. To investigate potential mechanism controlling regulation germination, we performed lysine analyses simultaneously. Using high-accuracy nano-LC-MS/MS combination with enrichment acetylated or succinylated peptides from digested embryonic proteins 24 h after imbibition (HAI) seed, total 699 sites 389 665 261 were identified. Among these modified sites, 133 78 commonly by PTMs. The overlapped PTM more likely be polar acidic/basic amino acid regions exposed surface. Both cover nearly all aspects cellular functions. Ribosome complex glycolysis/gluconeogenesis-related significantly enriched both profiles through KEGG protein-protein interaction network analyses. acetyl-CoA succinyl-CoA metabolism-related enzymes found extensively modifications, implying functional between This study provides rich resource examine modulation PTMs pathway other processes germinating seed.
