摘要: The aim of this Intensive Care Medicine Rapid Practice Guideline (ICM-RPG) is to formulate an evidence-based guidance for the use neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBA) in adults with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). panel comprised 20 international clinical experts from 12 countries, and 2 patient representatives. We adhered methodology trustworthy practice guidelines followed a strict conflict interest policy. convened panelists through teleconferences web-based discussions. intensive care, development, evaluation Group provided methodological support. Two content input shared their expertise but did not participate drafting final recommendations. Grading Recommendations Assessment, Development, Evaluation approach assess certainty evidence grade recommendations suggestions. used decision framework generate on guideline implementation monitoring, suggested future research priorities. overall was low. ICM-RPG issued one recommendation two suggestions regarding NMBAs ARDS. Current does support early routine NMBA infusion ARDS any severity. It favours avoiding continuous patients who are ventilated using lighter sedation strategy. However, require deep facilitate lung protective ventilation or prone positioning, blockade, 48 h reasonable option.
