摘要: Among all transition metal oxides TiO 2 has become the most extensively studied and investigated compound in field of materials science as it gives enormous opportunities to researchers nanomaterials. The present work explains formation TiO2 nanotube arrays fabricated by electrochemical anodization titanium fluoride-based ethylene glycol electrolyte, with an aim towards eluci- dating how electrolyte pH influences properties corresponding morphological features array films.
