摘要: Abstract One-layer sol–gel silica–zirconia and two-layer zirconia coatings were deposited on one side of iron membranes by spin-coating, densified in air annealed up to 800 °C vacuum. Hydrogen permeation through the membranes, coated uncoated, polarised cathodically under galvanostatic control 0.1 M NaOH solution was studied using electrochemical technique. During initial period, effect insignificant. However, quite efficiently prevented surface become more active hydrogen entry during a long-lasting cathodic polarisation. In addition, electrochemical-corrosion behaviour effective diffusivity studied. On basis polarisation curves data it proved that blocked for evolution reaction and, consequently, into iron. The coating coverage determined comparison fluxes permeating uncoated membranes. Finally real concentration beneath sites amount stored membrane evaluated.
