摘要: Two monoclonal antibodies (TRA-1-60 and TRA-1-81) recognizing distinct cell surface antigens on human embryonal carcinoma (EC) cells were produced characterized. These reacted strongly with undifferentiated EC in indirect radioimmunoassays (RIA) immunofluorescence (IF) assays, but only weakly or not at all derived from pluripotent differentiating vitro xenograft tumors, nor other germ tumor lines that did also express the typical features of cells. They react murine teratocarcinoma lines. A survey normal tissues disclosed molecules recognized by these are confined to cross-reacting epitopes appear several neoplastic tissues, although a different anatomical pattern for each antibody. Both immunoprecipitated major polypeptide (apparent molecular weight approximately 240,000) minor 415,000) lysates 125I surface-labeled cells, this respect resembling another antibody, 8-7D, previously described Blaineau et al. (1,2) However, sequential immunoprecipitation revealed three slightly weights. The defined present differ those cell-specific have been provide new markers studying differentiation
