摘要: Abstract The enteric septicemia of channel catfish, caused by Edwardsiella ictaluri, is one the most severe diseases in catfish worldwide. Currently, a safe and highly effective vaccine urgently needed for control this disease. In study, E. ictaluri ghosts (EIGs) were first generated PhiX174 lysis gene E, hematological indices relative percent survival (RPS) examined (Ictalurus punctatus) after immunization.
