摘要: Pulmonary blood flow patterns were studied during the application of varying extrathoracic pressure in 2 patients after total cavopulmonary anastomosis. The negative was associated with large increases pulmonary flow, while positive pressure, caused retrograde away from lungs. These preliminary observations suggest that may be useful as a means respiratory support right heart bypass procedures.
