摘要: Abstract The transmittance property and the near-field distribution of subwavelength broadband antireflective grating directly patterned into wide bandgap dielectric material as a function surface period groove depth are performed by rigorous Fourier modal method. It is found that transmittivity insensitive for TE TM polarization, but associated with laser damage resistance ability strongly dependent on polarization state incident light. What's more, femtosecond pulse threshold structure taking account local maximum electric field enhancement was calculated numerically using theoretical ionization mechanism model. higher period, duration wavelength than wave demonstrated quantitatively.
