摘要: During the first four months of age, approximately 20% infants cry a lot without an apparent reason. Most research has targeted crying, but impact crying on parents, and subsequent outcomes, need to receive equal attention. This study reports findings from prospective evaluation package materials designed support wellbeing mental health parents who judge their infant be excessively. The resulting ‘Surviving Crying’ comprised website, printed materials, programme Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - based sessions delivered by qualified practitioner. It was suitable for United Kingdom (UK) National Health Service (NHS) use.
