摘要: The dosage and safety of botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) treatments in 104 children with cerebral palsy were examined a retrospective chart review 2-year period at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Almost all the BTX-A injections to muscles lower limbs. average dose was 8–9 Ukg body weight interval between averaged 3–5 months. total amount injected single visit ranged from 146 186 U. record these excellent, only 14 adverse events reported 257 patient injection visits. most commonly event muscle weakness, which is related pharmacology treatment
