摘要: Abstract Melanoma is a type of skin cancer originated by the malignant transformation melanocytes. Increasing incidence and mortality require efforts focused on studies research about this cancer. Its microenvironment rich in extracellular ATP, but there are no evaluating ectonucleotidases ATP effects tumor-derived melanoma cells with known amounts ATP. This way, objective work was to evaluate purinergic signaling pathophysiology vivo vitro signaling. We found increased effective hydrolysis platelets significant decrease levels adenosine hydrolysis. In addition, we cultured PBMCs patients used salt specific concentrations its effects. The enzymatic activity analysis revealed that even higher doses metabolize adenine nucleotides less efficiently, present low ADP AMP hydrolytic CM compared CT cells. summary, showed for first time important data exercising immunosuppressive Therefore, as already shown other tumors, should be considered potential target management treatment could offer novel therapeutic prospects.
