摘要: History is rich in examples of the impact climatic change on well-being human populations, and various possible connections between variability, food shortages, epidemic diseases, large-scale migrations have generated much discussion recent years (Ladurie, 1971; Lamb, 1977, 1982; Schneider, 1976; Rotberg Rabb, 1981). Famine due to bad harvests resulting from weather a phenomenon as old agriculture itself. However, with rapid growth populations since industrial revolution, evolution world energy market, famines now affect more people nations than ever before. Thus, vicissitudes climate begun loom large affairs.
