摘要: The authors present a photoluminescence and UV (ultraviolet)-optical absorbance study on single walled carbon nanotubes CNTs (carbon nanotubes) TiO2 mixtures. observed variation of 0.6 eV in optical gap for micrometric anatase 0.1 nanometric rutile or at concentration about 1.5 weight %. large difference is attributed to differences dimensions dioxide grains morphology CNTs/TiO2 composites. Photoluminescence emission drastically reduced absorption the range increased low CNT both phases.
