摘要: We investigate the ultrafast demagnetization for two Heusler alloys (Co 2 Mn 1-x Fe x Si) with a different lineup of minority band gap and Fermi level. Even though electronic spin-flip transitions are partially blocked by in one compound, respective magnetization dynamics, as measured time-resolved Kerr effect, remarkably similar. Based on dynamical model that includes momentum spin-dependent carrier scattering, we show dynamics dominated hole processes, which not influenced gap.
