摘要: The inhibitory effect of oleic, linoleic, and arachidonic acid on the lymphocyte response to PPD was studied with macrophage electrophoretic mobility (MEM) transformation tests in normal subjects. Inhibition stimulation by PHA also determined latter test. Our observations suggest an immunoregulatory function unsaturated fatty acids serum. results some implications our assumption for clinical immunology are discussed.
