摘要: Microarc oxidation is a recently developed surface treatment technology, by which ceramic coatings are directly formed on alloys, and the performances of alloys greatly improved. In this paper, dense oxide coating was prepared AZ31 magnesium alloy microarc in Na2SiO3 electrolytic solution. The morphology, cross-sectional microstructure phase composition were analysed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray diffraction (XRD). basic mechanism formation explained. friction wear behavior micro-arc under dry sliding against GCr15 steel evaluated ball-on-disc test rig. results show that relatively uniform, mianly composed loose layer, compact layer transition layer. With elongated treated time, thickness creamic increased obviously constant current condition. O, Si, Al Mg element exist coating, their distribution have been too. characterized adhesion scuffing steel, while experienced much abated same testing showed good friction-reducing fair antiwear ability steel.
