摘要: Fused deposition modeling(FDM) is one of the latest rapid prototyping techniques in which parts can be manufactured at a fast pace and are with high accuracy. This research work carried out to study friction wear behavior made newly developed Nylon6—Fe composite material by FDM. also involves comparison characteristics existing acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) filament FDM machine. Is on pin disk setup varying load (5, 10, 15 20 N) speed (200 300 r/min). It concluded that highly resistant used industrial applications where resistance paramount importance. Morphology surface contact ABS out.
