摘要: The effects of atmospheric RF plasma treatment on aluminum sheets were studied. was performed with the pencil developed at Masaryk University, using Ar and Ar/O2 gas mixtures. surface free energy treated increased up to 72.6 mJ/m2, which later resulted into higher adhesion between STEEL industrial protective varnish sheets. properties tested by ISO-certified Erichsen bending tests. A set IR spectroscopy measurements in ATR mode proved significant cleaning, generation OH groups oxidation. addition O2 flow stronger oxidation aluminum, measured EDX technique. became porous after Ar. smoothening pores occurred adding a small amount flow.
