摘要: Cancer is one of the leading causes death worldwide with a high risk incidence and mortality. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to participate in various biological processes, including tumorigenesis progression. The HOXD-AS1 (also known as HAGLR Mdgt) gene located between HOXD1 HOXD3 genes HOXD cluster has reported play critical role development progression cancers. This review summarizes current knowledge on functions mechanisms different human cancers, bladder, cervical, colorectal, gastric, ovarian, prostate glioma, hepatocellular carcinoma, melanoma, osteosarcoma, non-small cell lung cancer. aberrant expression these cancers was related clinical features patients regulates growth, invasion, migration tumor cells through underlying mechanisms.
