Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to participate in various biological processes, including tumorigenesis progression. The HOXD-AS1 (also known as HAGLR Mdgt) gene located between HOXD1 HOXD3 genes HOXD cluster has reported play critical role development progression cancers.
