摘要: A type of high visible-light active titanium oxinitride (TiO 2 - x N ) powder was prepared by a simple process: the calcination hydrated dioxide at atmosphere ammonia-argon using tubular electric furnace temperatures. The synthesized as precursor TiO titanic acid raw material, which came from sulfate technique producing white. effects temperature and reaction time on nitrogen content, grain size crystal structure were studied. activity photocatalysis capability also investigated.
