摘要: Stainless steel disks (diameter, 1 cm) were contaminated with fecally suspended hepatitis A virus (HAV; strain HM-175) and held at low (25% +/- 5%), medium (55% high (80% or ultrahigh (95% 5%) relative humidity (RH) an air temperature of 5,20, 35 degrees C. HAV survival was inversely proportional to the level RH temperature, half-lives ranged from greater than 7 days 5 C about 2 h In parallel tests Sabin poliovirus (PV) type RH, all PV activity lost within 4 whereas it remained detectable up 12 h. could therefore survive much better on nonporous environmental surfaces. Moreover, ability levels is in direct contrast behavior other enteroviruses. These findings should help understanding genesis outbreaks more clearly designing measures for their control prevention.
