摘要: In 1943, Fay [14] reported the positive effect of hypothermia for brain trauma. However, patient number was few and scientific data effective were not presented. 1954, Rosomoff [32,35] measured changes in cerebral blood flow (CBF) during treatment initiated clinical trials procedure. Subsequently, many have been undertaken over a period decades, deep global has established as principal protective technique circulatory arrest procedures [1,2,28,37]. Hypothermia anesthesia only successful prevention damage surgical accidents or cases temporary arrest. The classical mechanism proposed neuronal protection afforded by is reduction oxygen glucose consumption caused lowering rates enzymatic reactions metabolism. Brain thus recommended to [2,28].
