摘要: Research and Development (R&D) of new technologies increasingly takes place in networks different organizations actors. In this contribution, we present an approach that was developed at Delft University Technology for addressing ethical issues R&D. The the engineers scientists involved R&D as entry point discerning discussing is to be carried out parallel trajectory. On basis two cases studies, network described detail including its strengths weaknesses. Two procedural norms assessing are discussed, viz. inclusiveness second-order learning. Some main advantages it offers possibility identify moral situations uncertainty indeterminacy about final consequences technological innovations, while being applied already early stages development. Because identified their real-world context, can generate insights immediately influence design decisions. As such, may help focusing technical work a way better addressed.
