摘要: Pancreatic pseudocyst is one of complications both acute and chronic pancreatitis. It a rare clinical condition. The incidence low ranging between 1.6 4.5%, or 0.5-1 per 100,000 adults annually. manifestations range from asymptomatic to severe abdomen due complications. Acute may include bleeding, infection, rupture perforation the gastrointestinal tract; while are gastric biliary obstruction as well thrombosis portal vein. We present case report 38-year-old male with complaints abdominal pain, fatigue, nausea vomiting containing undigested food yellow liquid. On clilnical examination, patient was found be having enlarged abdomen, unpalpable liver spleen, no signs shifting dullness detected. an mass in left upper lower quadrant sized 20 x 10 cm accompanied epigastric pain on palpation. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed cystic lesion head pancreas differential diagnosis pseudocyst. computed tomography (CT-scan) showed arising pancreas, extending into cavity part groint attaching intestinal region diaphragm.
