摘要: ABSTRACTThe authors describe the fabrication and evaluation of a novel leukodepletion filter using poly(ethylene-vinyl alcohol) membranes through electrospinning. The were biocompatible nonhemolytic. A prototype was developed by stacking in poly(methyl methacrylate) case. Upon whole blood filtration, could achieve 100% while capturing 8% red cells 91% platelets. length filtration high when compared to that marketed overall performance comparable filter.
