摘要: Alcohol-related liver disease (ARLD) refers to the spectrum of hepatic pathology arising from excessive alcohol consumption. In contrast most continental Europe, where incidence is falling, ARLD a growing clinical problem in UK and currently accounts for ten percent all deaths occurring between 40 - 49 years age. Severe alcoholic hepatitis (AH) arguably florid manifestation ARLD, presenting with jaundice features decompensation, often those without an existing diagnosis disease.
