摘要: A technique for measurement of thermodynamic variables with high sensitivity is necessary analyses highly rarefied gas flows, gas-surface interaction, and so on. REMPI (Resonantly Enhanced Multiphoton Ionization) a powerful optical tool because its even in flows ability to measure nonequilibrium amongst internal (translational, vibrational, rotational) energy modes. In this paper, system developed spectra are measured on the center line free-molecular flow. The fundamental properties signal also described. method using Boltzmann plot spectral lines multiple branches proposed, ratio electronic transition dipole moments two-photon Honl-London factors O P determined.
