摘要: A series of 12 infertile patients were chosen and operated on at the Sterility Clinic Johns Hopkins Hospital for various types tubal obstruction. table presents blockage operations results. Several are pictured. Rubins test was positive postoperatively in 8 out subsequently becoming negative 1 these. Only pregnancy resulted however. Certain operative improvements developed: 1) culdoscopy used to determine site extent disease; 2) delicate opthalmologic surgical instruments fine suture material used; 3) polyethylene tubing as a splint maintaining lumen during after operation; 4) preaffixed insufflation equipment utilized operation.
