摘要: The present invention provides diagnostic methods and kits for diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) by determining expression levels isoforms cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs) associated with CLL particularly, PDE7B and/or PDE3B, a ratio mRNA to PDE3B. that lymphocytes uniformly expressed high low PDE3B relative those normal lymphocytes. A method treatment pharmaceutical composition comprising one or more therapeutic agents capable modulating activity PDEs CLL, reversing the PDE7B/PDE3B are also provided.
