摘要: The article analyses reports issued by the panel and Appellate Body in US – Measures Affecting Productions Sale of Clove Cigarettes dispute attempts to assess their broader consequences for national tobacco control policies. Both are particularly important because they clarify limits existing under WTO law, particular TBT Agreement, this policy space.
