摘要: We have isolated cDNA clones for mouse tenascin and analyzed expression of mRNAs during embryonic development the kidney gut. The deduced amino acid sequence cDNAs shows a modular structure repeats similar to chicken human tenascin. In there are 14.5 cysteine-rich with similarity EGF repeat, followed by several type III repeat fibronectin. A longer variant contains 13 fibronectin repeats, whereas shorter splice lacks 5 that occur directly after fifth in variant. Contrary sequences, does not contain an RGD third implicated cell attachment, or any other positions. Northern hybridizations RNA from primary fibroblasts, clone M 20/1 detects two sizes close 6 8 kb.
