摘要: An important piece of evidence has shown that molecules acting on cannabinoid receptors influence gastrointestinal motility and induce beneficial effects inflammation visceral pain. The aim this investigation was to immunohistochemically localize the distribution canonical receptor type 1 (CB1R) 2 (CB2R) cannabinoid-related transient potential vanilloid (TRPV1), ankyrin (TRPA1), serotonin 5-HT1a (5-HT1aR) in myenteric plexus (MP) pig ileum. CB1R, TRPV1, TRPA1, 5-HT1aR were expressed, with different intensities cytoplasm MP neurons. For each receptor, proportions immunoreactive neurons evaluated using anti-HuC/HuD antibody. These also localized nerve fibers (CB1R, TRPA1), smooth muscle cells tunica muscularis 5-HT1aR), endothelial blood vessels (TRPV1, 5-HT1aR). varicosities found be for both TRPV1 5-HT1aR. No immunoreactivity documented CB2R. Cannabinoid herein investigated showed a wide enteric MP. results could provide an anatomical basis additional research, supporting therapeutic use agonists relieving disorders porcine enteropathies.
