摘要: The analysis of a silicon-based step-index waveguide with corrugation grating at its surface is performed by considering the reflec- tion between silicon substrate and optical buffer. conditions on silica buffer thickness for maximum in/out coupling into sub- strate air are given analytically, number features practical interest described. © 1996 Society Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.
