摘要: Objectives: Abnormalities of bone mineral parameters are associated with cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in patients chronic kidney disease the general population. Methods: We assessed impact baseline serum phosphate calcium on longitudinal blood pressure (BP) control survival hypertensive adults. studied 9260 adults followed for 40 years (151 789 person-years). Changes BP over initial 5-year follow-up were analysed using generalized estimating equations. Survival analyses performed Cox proportional hazards model. Results: Serum levels higher women (1.10 mmol/l ± 0.20) than compared to men (1.02 mmol/l ± 0.21). In treated patients, was significantly poor SBP reduction (one standard deviation increase 0.22 0.59 mmHg at 5 women, respectively). Higher all-cause men, whereas predicted noncardiovascular mortality. disease, poorer survival. Conclusion: reduced this appears not be related control.
