摘要: Simulation models can be used to perform virtual profiling in order analyse eco-physiological processes controlling plant phenotype. To illustrate this, an model has been compare and contrast the status of a fruit system under two situations carbon supply. The simulates growth, accumulation sugar, citric acid water, transpiration, respiration ethylene emission, was successfully tested on peach (Prunus persica L. Batsch) for leaf-to-fruit ratios (6 18 leaves per fruit). development stage variation leaf number had large effects variables dealing with metabolism quality. A sensitivity analysis showed that changing single parameter value, which could correspond genotypic change induced by mutation, either strongly affects most processes, or specific process none. Correlation that, complex such as fruit, intensity many physiological quality traits co-varies. It also unexpected co-variations resulting from emergent properties system. This approach opens new route explore impact mutations, naturally occurring genetic variations, differing environmental conditions.
