摘要: Photoemissive thresholds were determined of a number donor–acceptor complexes (tetramethyl‐p‐phenylenediamine and p‐phenylenediamine as donors with chloranil bromanil acceptors) by extrapolation the wavelength‐vs‐photocurrent curves to zero current. These compared those constituent components. The are found be somewhat higher than (by about 0.1–0.2 eV) also behavior near threshold appears different. observed phenomena consistent model in which lattice complex contains neutral molecules well ions.
