摘要: For correction of epicanthus in Asian patients, a modification the Mustarde technique was done to avoid excessive scarring and retain ethnic characteristics. The method includes adapting half Y-V advancement instead transposing two cephalic flaps four-flap Mustarde. Three patients with blepharophimosis patient Down syndrome were operated on by this satisfactory results.
