摘要: Toxoplasma gondii is a protozoan coccidian parasite belonging to Phylum Apicomplexa and the causative agent of toxoplasmosis as zoonotic disease around world. It one most important protozoa which transmitted via various routes infects several warm-blooded animals. The seroprevalence T. infection high worldwide leads clinical, psychological, economic problems. At present, available drug therapy for has severe side effects, so development new anti-toxoplasma drugs or effective vaccines mandatory. Therefore, different measures have been taken anti-toxoplasmosis vaccines, studies shown that DNA could be successful approaches against intracellular parasite, gondii. Many these evaluated efficacy immunogenicity aspects including single genes multi-gene plasmids with without adjuvants. Most literature confirms containing antigens toxoplasma can induce suitable immune response protection in acute chronic toxoplasmosis. this review article, we aimed discuss current status immunization method
