摘要: Synthetic oligoribonucleotides up to 22 bases have been sequenced by observing different kinetics in exonuclease-induced phosphodiester bond hydrolysis and detecting the fragments matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS).
