摘要: A family of transcription factors designated sterol regulatory element-binding proteins (SREBPs) mediates the previously described end-product feedback regulation cholesterol biosynthesis. In addition, SREBPs are emerging as important regulators fatty acid synthesis. The current review focuses on in-vivo in liver and coordinate SREBP-activated target genes.
