摘要: This review addresses the recent developments in miniaturized microsystems or lab-on-a-chip devices for biosensing of different biomolecules: DNA, proteins, small molecules, and cells, especially at single-molecule single-cell level. In order to sense these biomolecules with sensitivity we have fabricated chip respect biomolecule be analyzed. The details fabrication are also dealt this review. We mainly developed microarray microfluidic protein, cell analyses. addition, introduced porous anodic alumina layer nanometer scale gold nanoparticles label-free sensing DNA protein interactions. describe use cell-based assays analysis drug discovery research.
