摘要: Ubiquitin is a critical modifier regulating the degradation and function of its target proteins during posttranslational modification. Here we found that ubiquitin-specific peptidase 24 (USP24) highly expressed in cell lines with enhanced malignancy late-stage lung cancer clinical samples. Studying single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) USP24 using genomic DNA patients revealed an increase SNP 7656C/T. When RNA specimens instead patients, significant increases ratios variants 930C/T 7656T/C, suggesting at these two sites are not only caused by but also editing. USP24-930T USP24-7656C expression levels increasing stability. Knocking down increased Suv39h1 level through decrease mouse double-minute 2 homolog levels, thus enhancing lysine-9 methylation histone H3, resulting prevention malignancy. In conclusion, as variant analysis higher ratio blood than normal individuals, might be useful diagnostic markers for detection.
