摘要: The retinoids are synthetic derivatives of vitamin A. Isotretinoin (13-cis-retinoic acid) is now being widely used in the United States for severe acne and etretinate available Europe other countries psoriasis. These drugs also effective a number skin diseases. This an attempt to review basic knowledge with which practicing dermatologist should be familiar, current status studies, speculate on present future roles these dermatology.
