摘要: The thermal-pulse technique for the direct probing of space charge in dielectrics was modified measurement under short-circuit conditions. new applied to polyethylene (PE) doped with impurity (antistatic agent), and proved be effective outlining behaviour PE. With increasing field, total amount increases its centroid shifts cathode. electric field at becomes 1.6–1.7 times as large average field. steep increase current current-voltage characteristics thought closely related this enhancement.
