Enhancing Substainability: Psychological Capital, Perceived Employability, and Job Insecurity in Different Work Contract Conditions

摘要: According to the psychology of sustainability and sustainable development, even though there are numerous challenges within current labor market, it is possible establish meaningful lives work experiences through optimizing use personal resources regenerating them. In line with this assumption, present study aims test moderation effect type worker contracts on relationship between psychological capital, perceived employability, job insecurity. Participants were N = 190 Italian young workers (self-employed, permanent employees, or temporary employees). Results showed that employability mediated capital insecurity, was moderated by workers’ contract. Specifically, a higher level corresponded perception consequently lower insecurity for self-employed workers, but not ones. These findings in assumptions sustainability, encourage preventive interventions aimed foster order reduce especially cases non-standard employment.
