摘要: Ultrasound is a therapeutic agent commonly used to treat sports-related tendinopathy. Tendon healing requires tendon cells migration the repair site, followed by proliferation and synthesis of extracellular matrix. This study was designed determine effect ultrasound on intrinsic rat Achilles tendon. Furthermore, existence correlation between this expression contractile actin isoform, alpha-smooth muscle (SM) actin, which associated with cell mobility, also examined. Cell evaluated transwell filter assay. The mRNA expressions alpha-SM were determined reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Dose-dependent enhancement through demonstrated. Using immunofluorescence stain for percentages actin-positive total cells, nonmigrated migrated calculated. Ultrasound-treated had bottom side more likely express than control cells. However, there no change protein as well FAK p-FAK. In conclusion, stimulates in association increased
