摘要: Objective: obtaining and comparing fertility rates after laparoscopic salpingostomy salpingectomy in patients suffering ectopic pregnancy. Sample design: a concurrent cohort of being operated on by laparoscopy for pregnancy the Clinica del Prado’s Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery unit, Medellin, Colombia. Methods: reviewing medical records conducting telephone questionnaire who matched inclusion criteria. Main outcomes: overall intrauterine rate, cumulative recurrence persistence rate. Results: rate 31 following was 54.8% compared to 57.1% 14 group (p=0.88). Recurrence were 10.5% 20% (p=0.77). There 9.6% group. Conclusions : present study did not demonstrate statistically significant difference reproductive outcome laparoscopically managed either or salpingectomy.
