摘要: This study investigated the relationships between toxicities of common organic pollutants to fathead minnow (Pimephales promelas), Daphnia magna, Tetrahymena pyriformis and in Microtox test, which uses luminescent bacterium Photobacterium phosphoreum. The toxicity data were compiled from literature, with exception 40 experimentally determined data. Encouraging correlations are seen, indicating significant fish those lower organisms. When individual chemical classes studied, further improvement is often seen correlations. Analysis outliers inter-species has led suggestion that may be more susceptible chemicals metabolised reactive intermediates (such as aldehydes). may, however, less other such ketones alcohols.
