Role of Short-Range Order in Martensitic Transformation

摘要: Ohba, Otsuka and Sasaki [1] have established that the rubber-like behavior in martensitic phase of Au-47.5at%Cd alloys cannot be caused by change long-range order during room temperature annealing. The should understood terms mechanical relaxation associated with orientation local short range order. It is proposed that, while short-range plays a prominent role martensite, it play comparably important also austenite.
